Spreading and Cutting Services & Solutions
Our spread and cut operations are designed to meet customers’ needs with precision and efficiency. We have 500 feet of spreading capacity across five production lines equipped with advanced Gerber and Eastman technology. Our Accumark design software ensures optimal fabric utilization, and our laser cutting capability allows us to work across a broad range of materials. Our skilled team is experienced with a wide variety of fabric types, and we offer contracted cutting services to provide reliable, tailored solutions.
Branded Repair Services
We are proud to be a designated Patagonia repair facility, specializing in the repair of high-end wet weather and cold weather garments, including tactical equipment. Our expertise ensures your high-performance gear is restored to its optimal condition, maintaining the quality and durability you expect. Whether it’s a cold weather jacket or tactical gear, our skilled technicians provide top-notch repair services to extend the life of your valued items.
Scalable Production
We offer scalable mass production capabilities within our state-of-the-art facility to deliver on your product needs in a timely and efficient manner. Core Technologies
We partner with leading technology providers in the clothing and textile industry to maintain our state-of-the-art facility and capability. Our apparel-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system integrated with our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) enables advanced planning, optimal inventory management, routine production monitoring and on-time order fulfillment capability. We also employ a range of additional software applications to further support our operation with a focus on material utilization and production efficiency. In addition, we have a range of high-technology equipment from fabric cutting, to seam sealing to automated sewing, and an experienced maintenance and technology team to support this equipment.
Design and Development
We offer rapid prototype design and development services covering products within any of our areas of expertise. Our Design and Development team features in-house design specialists and a dedicated prototype production team with expertise in garment and textile design, and construction. Our specialists will collaborate with you to ensure every detail of your product meets the highest standards of quality and functionality. We deliver innovative designs and prototype samples that are ready for at-scale manufacturing.
