Team Members

Peckham Team Members are individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment. Team members receive paid job training and other services across Peckham’s five social enterprises. Team members can also participate in programs to help them transition into other community jobs.

Each team member receives a Vocational Service Specialist who provides on-the-job support, coaching and skills training to help them find and keep employment. In addition, Team Members can take advantage of many programs, services, and community resources to achieve their personal and professional goals.

Staff

Peckham Staff are individuals who directly support operations and assist Peckham Team Members – individuals receiving paid job training and other services as a part of Peckham’s mission. We offer diverse career opportunities across five social enterprises, as well as careers in human services, administration, IT, human resources, management, and more. Staff not only facilitate, but also participate in various opportunities, helping them achieve their own personal and professional goals.
