With a proven track record in leading large capital projects, property acquisition and facilities maintenance, Nate ensures the highest accessibility standards across Peckham’s facilities.
Skilled in developing strategic plans for future facility use, Nate identifies opportunities to enhance spaces that align with organizational values, fostering environments that support diverse workgroups and cultivate innovation. His expertise also includes substrate farming practices and staying ahead of industry trends to create inclusive spaces where individuals of all abilities can thrive. Nate holds an Associate’s degree in Building Construction from Ferris State University.
