Lisa Webb Sharpe serves as Peckham’s Chief Operating Officer, bringing a lifelong commitment to operational excellence in organizations making a positive impact on society. With extensive experience in business operations, Peckham has had significant growth during her tenure. She led the successful launch of a program which empowers team members to achieve post-secondary credentials for career advancement.
Lisa’s career highlights include spearheading the State’s Buy Michigan First program, strengthening its economy by increasing taxpayer dollars spent with Michigan businesses and building high-performing teams dedicated to organizational excellence. Her personal values of integrity, compassion and fairness strongly align with Peckham’s mission to support individuals with disabilities in achieving financial stability and self-sufficiency.
Lisa serves on the boards of SourceAmerica, UM Health Sparrow, the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce and the State of Michigan Land Bank Authority. She holds a Doctorate from Ferris State University, an MBA from Wayne State University and a BBA from Eastern Michigan University.
