Kelly Scanlon has more than 25 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, transitioning from acute medical rehabilitation to vocational services. At Peckham, she aligns her values of integrity, service, and compassion to lead initiatives that support team members’ success.
Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and is certified in Recreation Therapy (CTRS) and Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP). She is passionate about fostering an inclusive environment and improving lives through meaningful employment.
