Justin Walworth has served an instrumental role to Peckham’s Human Resource (HR) team since 2004, leading initiatives that prioritize wellness, safety and human-centered leadership. His career includes roles in talent acquisition, employee relations and cultivating a workplace culture rooted in compassion and community.
A sought-after speaker in the HR space, Justin has presented at national conferences, including SHRM and Great Places to Work and was named Michigan’s HR Executive of the Year in 2021.
He holds a master’s degree in human resources and serves on the boards of Origami Rehabilitation and the Human Services Association Workers’ Compensation Fund. Justin lives in a log cabin in the woods with his multigenerational family and enjoys cycling, reading and exploring nature.
