Ann Gillmore serves as Peckham’s Corporate Vice President, overseeing Mission Initiatives, Community Employment and guiding strategic efforts to enhance organizational impact and community engagement.
Since 2005, Ann has driven Peckham’s disability employment policy and advocacy efforts, securing millions in grants and business proposals while supporting public policy, resource development and program innovation. She co-chairs national disability employment committees and serves on the board of ACCSES, collaborating to modernize the AbilityOne Program and advance inclusive employment.
Ann holds master’s degrees in public policy and social work from the University of Michigan. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family and riding her horse near her home in southeastern Michigan.
