Peckham is a nonprofit social enterprise empowering people with disabilities and other barriers to work. We provide high-quality, customer solutions through diverse business lines, for government and commercial customers.

What we do

We offer thousands of individuals career pathways across our five social enterprises: Manufacturing, 3PL & Fulfillment, Custodial Services, Contact Center Solutions and Peckham Farms, including pathways to employment in our broader community.

Peckham provides adults and youth with physical, cognitive, behavioral, and socio-economic challenges, an opportunity to demonstrate their ability, learn new skills, participate in work, and achieve greater independence and self-sufficiency.
